Refund and Returns Policy

At Mavee Green (Pvt) Ltd., we prioritize delivering fresh, high-quality organic products. Due to the nature of our items, our return and refund policy is as follows:


1. Fresh Organic Vegetables & Fruits

Because these items are perishable:

  • Returns are not accepted after delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with photos or video evidence.
  • After verification, we will offer:
    • A replacement, or
    • A refund (in eligible cases)

2. Tea, Coffee & Value-Added Products

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unopened
  • The product is unused
  • The product is returned within 7 days

Once the return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund.


3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • After processing or dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Perishable goods after successful delivery
