3. Products & Descriptions

We strive to give accurate descriptions of all products including vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee, and value-added products.
However:

Product availability may vary depending on harvest seasons.
Sizes, colors, and weights of organic items may differ slightly as they are naturally grown.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice due to market, harvest, and supply conditions.
Payments must be made through the accepted payment methods shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed or appears suspicious.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed during business hours.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is placed.
Orders cannot be changed once they have been processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Local Delivery (Sri Lanka)

Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Delivery charges vary by area.

International Delivery

Available for selected products only (tea, coffee, and value-added items).
Delivery times may take 7–21 business days depending on the country.
Customs delays are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because we sell perishable organic products:

Fresh vegetables and fruits cannot be returned once delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
Eligible items will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.

For tea, coffee, and value-added products:

Only unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days.
Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.

8. International Customs & Duties

For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for any customs taxes or import duties.
Mavee Green (Pvt) Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

9. Account Registration

Creating an account is optional.
If you choose to create one, you are responsible for:
